The right to carry out the draws according to §§ 6 to 12b of the Austrian Gaming Act is an exclusive right of the federal government. Österreichische Lotterien Gesellschaft mbH (with registered office in Vienna, entered in the commercial register of the Commercial Court of Vienna under FN 54472 g) is entitled to carry out these games in accordance with the license granted to it by the federal government. Persons under the age of 16 are excluded from playing Austrian Lotteries products. Persons under the age of 18 are excluded from purchasing Eurobons and eEurobons.
